This inspection was completed on a home I am in the mist of purchasing. Your service and report were far above what I had expected. I will be correcting all the problems you discovered in the home prior to moving in. This will give me peace of mind.

Inspector was on time and did a thorough inspection. Came out to meet with a plumber doing repair work to discuss the problem. I highly recommend Caveat Emptor .

The home inspection provided by Caveat Emptor was nothing short of spectacular! Our inspector, Carmen, was very knowledgeable and thorough. No stone was left un-turned and he was great at explaining his finding to us. Also I found the fee to be very reasonable , especially since I was told they will come back for free to inspect any repairs made after the initial inspection.
